Daniil Trifonov (born March 5, 1991 in Nizhny Novgorod) is a Russian concert pianist. Biography Trifonov is a top prize winner of several major international piano competitions, including the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, and the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. At the age of 20, he is quickly emerging as one of the most outstanding pianists of his generation, having the potential to build a major international performing career.
